Privacy Policy

• Your mobile number, to create your account, verify it by one-time code, and give your delivery partner a way to reach you.
• Your name, so the delivery partner knows who to hand the prints to at the door.
• Your delivery address — the society, tower and flat you pick from a list. We do not track your phone’s location.
• The files you send to be printed — documents, PDFs and photos.
• Your order history: what you ordered, when, what it cost, and whether it was paid, cancelled or refunded.
• A record of your payment, if you pay online: the amount, whether it went through, and the reference number our payment provider gives it. Not your card number — see Payments below.
• Coupons you use, and any Tezzkart credit from a refund.
• GST details, only if you choose to enter them for an invoice.
• A notification token for your device, so we can tell you when your order is printed and on its way. Turning notifications off in your phone’s settings stops this.

You can sign in on the phone apps with your mobile number. On this website you may also sign in with a Google account, in which case we receive the email address on that account.

• Name and mobile number.
• Live location, only while a delivery is in progress, so the customer can watch the prints arrive. It stops the moment the delivery is marked complete.
• Deliveries completed, cash collected, and earnings.

Uploaded files are deleted seven days after your order is delivered. Seven days is the window in which you can reorder the same document, and a reorder reuses the file already on our servers. After that the file is removed for good; the order stays in your history, but the document itself is gone.

Order history, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as your account exists, and for as long afterwards as Indian tax law requires us to keep records of a sale.

• The print point handling your order sees the file and the order details it needs to print — your orders only, never anyone else’s.
• Your delivery partner sees your name, mobile number and flat for the order they are bringing you, and only while it is theirs to deliver.
• Google Firebase hosts our database, file storage and sign-in, and processes this data on our behalf.
• Razorpay, if you pay online. They receive your payment details directly and tell us only whether the payment succeeded. We send them the amount and an order reference, and nothing about what you printed.
• Nobody else. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

You can pay cash to the delivery partner at your door, or pay online when you place the order. Which of these you are offered depends on the print point serving your address.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a payment provider licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. Your card number, UPI PIN, net banking password and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s own secure window and go straight to them. They never reach Tezzkart, and we never see or store them. What we keep is what we need to match a payment to your order: the amount, whether it succeeded, when it happened, the method used (card, UPI or net banking) and Razorpay’s reference number for it. Razorpay handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the money goes back the way it came, or to your Tezzkart credit if you would rather keep it for the next order.

You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from tezzkart.in/delete-account. The same link is in the app, under Account. Deleting removes your profile, address, uploaded files and any Tezzkart credit. Records we are required by law to keep, such as tax invoices for completed orders, are retained for the statutory period and nothing more.

• You can browse the catalogue and see prices without an account.
• You can turn notifications off in your phone’s settings.
• You can delete your account yourself, using the link above.

Tezzkart is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the law requires it, tell you in the app.
