Laptop rental
Corporate laptop rental
Laptops on monthly rent for companies — built around how a business actually pays for equipment: one account, one statement, and a GST invoice every month.
Renting for a team or a project?
Tell us how many laptops, for how long and where. Monthly rent plus 18% GST, with a refundable deposit.
Renting laptops for a team is rarely hard because of the laptops. It is hard because of the accounts: a bill per machine, each on its own date, payments that do not line up with any of them, and a month-end reconciliation nobody wants. Tezzkart was built by a business that rents to companies, and the billing works the way a company pays.
Money is paid to the account, not to a laptop. Send a round sum whenever suits your payment run and it is applied to the oldest rent owed first, across every machine; anything over stays as credit. The statement shows what was brought forward, every charge and payment, and what carries into next month — and there is one GST invoice a month per order, not one per machine.
What you get with Tezzkart
A GST invoice every month
Rent is quoted before GST, with 18% GST added on top, and a business billed on GST gets an invoice every month for each order — every machine on it, never the same period twice.
One statement for every machine
All your laptops sit under one account, with one statement of what was billed, paid and is still due — not a separate bill for each.
Pay the way a company pays
Send a round sum whenever you like. It is applied to the oldest rent owed first, across every machine, and anything over stays as credit.
Refundable security deposit
A security deposit is held and returned when the rental ends, kept apart from rent on every statement.
Faults, swaps and returns from your phone
Report a fault, ask to swap a machine, keep one longer or arrange a return from the Tezzkart app or website, and follow it until it is done.
Delivered anywhere in India
A rental request takes a delivery address anywhere in the country, so a remote employee is equipped through the same account as head office.

Questions about renting laptops
Can we claim input tax credit on rented laptops?
Generally yes, if your business is GST-registered and uses the laptops for business: renting is taxed at 18% under SAC 997315, and Tezzkart gives a GST invoice every month. Confirm the treatment for your own business with your accountant.
Do we get one bill for all our laptops?
You get one GST invoice a month per order, with a line for every machine and the period it covers, and one statement for the whole account showing everything billed, paid and still due.
Can employees in different cities get laptops?
Yes. Deliveries can go to addresses anywhere in India, and every machine still sits under the company's one account.
Is GST included in the monthly rent?
No. Rent is quoted before GST, and GST at 18% is added on top. The monthly amount you pay, and the invoice, show the rent and the GST separately.
Do you give a GST invoice for rented laptops?
Yes, to any business billed on GST: one invoice a month for each order, with a line for every machine and the period it covers, under SAC 997315 (renting of computers). An invoice never bills the same period twice.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken with the first month's rent and returned when the rental ends. It is shown apart from rent on every statement and is never counted as rent paid.
Is there a late fee?
Yes. Rent paid late carries a late fee of 2% per month on the overdue amount.
What if a rented laptop stops working?
Report the fault from the Tezzkart app or website, against the machine that has the problem. Tezzkart arranges a fix or a swap, and the request is tracked until it is closed.
Can we pay for several laptops in one payment?
Yes. Money is paid to the account, not to a single machine, so a company can pay one round sum whenever it likes. It is applied to the oldest rent owed first, across every machine, and anything left over stays as credit.
