How Tezzkart rents laptops
Tezzkart rents laptops to companies the way companies actually use them: a batch for a new team, a few more for a project that runs a quarter, one for an employee who joined in another city last week. Every machine sits under one account, rent is billed monthly with GST shown on top, and the shortest rental is a single month.
Inside Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad — a laptop in stock is delivered the same day. Everywhere else in India it travels by courier and arrives in three to four days; if it develops a fault, the replacement goes by courier, free with hardware repair/replacement cover, and the return at the end is at Tezzkart's cost.

Yes. A single laptop for a single month is a rental like any other, billed the same way — rent plus 18% GST, with a refundable deposit.
02Where do I see my rentals once I have them?
Sign in on this page, or in the Tezzkart app, with the phone number you gave Tezzkart. Your machines, bills, statement and any open requests are all there.
03How fast is delivery?
In Delhi NCR, the same day when the machine is in stock. Anywhere else in India, three to four days by courier.
04What if a rented laptop stops working?
Report the fault from the Tezzkart app or website, against that machine. In Delhi NCR Tezzkart arranges a fix or a swap; outside it, the laptop is swapped by courier. Both are free with hardware repair/replacement cover.
05Who pays the courier when the rental ends?
Tezzkart. The return courier at the end of the rental is Tezzkart's, wherever in India the laptops are.
06Is GST included in the monthly rent?
No. Rent is quoted before GST, and GST at 18% is added on top. The monthly amount you pay, and the invoice, show the rent and the GST separately.
07What is the minimum rental period?
One month. Laptops are rented by the month, and you can keep them longer by extending from the Tezzkart app or website.
08Do you give a GST invoice for rented laptops?
Yes, to any business billed on GST: one invoice a month for each order, with a line for every machine and the period it covers, under SAC 997315 (renting of computers). An invoice never bills the same period twice.
09Is the rent lower for a bulk order?
Yes. A larger order is quoted a lower monthly rent per laptop. Say how many machines you need and for how long, and the quote will show it.
10Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken with the first month's rent and returned when the rental ends. It is shown apart from rent on every statement and is never counted as rent paid.
11Is there a late fee?
Yes. Rent paid late carries a late fee of 2% per month on the overdue amount.
12Can we pay for several laptops in one payment?
Yes. Money is paid to the account, not to a single machine, so a company can pay one round sum whenever it likes. It is applied to the oldest rent owed first, across every machine, and anything left over stays as credit.
